Xilinx Tech Campus

Niwot, Colorado

The water features on this technological campus are designed to appear to originate outside in the employee picnic area and then proceed through the glass walls and throughout the atrium of this magnificent building. The two separate cascading water features on the outside join together near the barbecue area and are complemented by flagstone steps built to join the pathway. It then appears to follow the stream through the building’s entry to the indoor water feature, which is surrounded by a spectacular stairway. The waterfalls are designed to be visible from nearly everywhere in the building, including the sky bridges and most of the buildings offices. Large, maroon moss boulders were chosen to match the building’s exterior.
